Remote work continues to provide benefits for organizations, but creating and growing workplace culture in an online environment is not without challenges. In this panel discussion, workplace experts will discuss why inclusion and belonging matter in a remote setting. The speakers will share strategies for building a remote workplace culture grounded in lived experience. Specifically, you’ll learn about employee resource groups (ERGs) and practical methods for supporting them.
