Jennifer Flores is the Program Manager for Learning Technology at Slalom. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Houston, where she focused on organizational development and dialogic change. Her background in HRD has enabled her to take a strategic approach to learning technology, creating solutions that are impactful and tailored to meet the unique needs of the organization and their learners. Jennifer is also a published author and researcher.
