Swati dela Cruz is a Learning Performance Consultant Lead for USAA. In her current role she partners with various business units to create learning programs that promote a learning culture that engages employees to be their best and supports strategic business objectives. ​After being a life long New Yorker, she recently made the move out west with her family to sunny California. She's volunteers for Cornerstone, a program focused on creating a community of kindness, acceptance and respect.
