Dawn McKendry has been helping Ameris Bank’s employees learn and succeed in their roles for 12 years as a leader on the L&D team. In her role as the IT learning manager, Dawn is always in search of solutions that meet the bank’s needs and provide learners with valuable experiences and tools. Whatfix is one of those solutions. Dawn has led a grassroots effort to bring Whatfix to Ameris Bank and provide team members with a better way to learn in the flow of work.
