Bill Crose is the CEO of Adyton, a performance enablement, performance assurance, and continuous improvement company. Bill has a master's degree in instructional design and studied under ATD lifetime achievement awardee, Dr. Robert Brinkerhoff. Bill holds 2 utility patents and 1 provisional patent for learning technologies. He has served as the global learning technologies manager for InterContinental Hotels Group as well as other well-known companies over his career.
