Harmony leads customer success at Descript. Her role involves helping training and learning & development teams integrate Descript into their content development workflows to maximize efficiencies and quality of content. Prior to Descript, her background is in e-Learning, account management, and product training. She has worked with various academic institutions and organizations to design, develop, and scale the production of MOOCs and has expertise in a variety of Learning Management Systems.
